Make Dua – As mentioned in AlQuran In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful AlAaraf [7:180] Make Dua through Asmaul Husna – Example: Call ArRazzaq when asking provision 180. And to Allah belong the names which are most beautiful. So Make Dua to Him by them. وَلِلّٰهِ الۡاَسۡمَآءُ الۡحُسۡنٰى فَادۡعُوۡهُ بِهَا Ibrahim [14:40] Make Dua that I and my family become firm on salat 40. O my Lord, make me establish prayer, and from my offspring. Our Lord, and accept my supplication. رَبِّ اجۡعَلۡنِىۡ مُقِيۡمَ الصَّلٰوةِ وَ مِنۡ ذُرِّيَّتِىۡۖرَبَّنَا وَ تَقَبَّلۡ دُعَآءِ AlFurqan [25:74] Make Dua that may Allah make our families blessing for us 74. Our Lord, grant us among our wives and our children the comfort of our eyes, and make us leaders for the righteous.
رَبَّنَا هَبۡ لَـنَا مِنۡ اَزۡوَاجِنَا وَ ذُرِّيّٰتِنَا قُرَّةَ اَعۡيُنٍ وَّاجۡعَلۡنَا لِلۡمُتَّقِيۡنَ اِمَامًا
Ibrahim [14:41] Make Dua for forgiveness for yourself, your parents and the believers 41. Our Lord, forgive me and my parents and the believers on the day when the reckoning will be established. رَبَّنَا اغۡفِرۡ لِىۡ وَلـِوَالِدَىَّ وَلِلۡمُؤۡمِنِيۡنَ يَوۡمَ يَقُوۡمُ الۡحِسَابُ AlBaqarah [2:201] Make Dua that you are blessed with good in this world and the Hereafter 201. Our Lord, give us in this world what is good, and in the Hereafter what is good, and save us from the punishment of the Fire. رَبَّنَآ اٰتِنَا فِى الدُّنۡيَا حَسَنَةً وَّ فِى الۡاٰخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَّ قِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ AlAaraf [7:23] Make Dua for forgiveness and mercy after doing any wrong 23. Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves. And if You forgive us not, and bestow not upon us Your mercy, we shall certainly be of the losers. رَبَّنَا ظَلَمۡنَاۤ اَنۡفُسَنَا وَ اِنۡ لَّمۡ تَغۡفِرۡ لَـنَا وَ تَرۡحَمۡنَا لَـنَكُوۡنَنَّ مِنَ الۡخٰسِرِيۡنَ AalImran [3:8] Make Dua that our hearts do not deviate after receiving guidance 8. Our Lord, let not our hearts deviate after when You have guided us, and bestow upon us mercy from Yourself. Indeed, You are the Bestower. رَبَّنَا لَا تُزِغۡ قُلُوۡبَنَا بَعۡدَاِذۡ هَدَيۡتَنَاوَ هَبۡ لَنَا مِنۡ لَّدُنۡكَ رَحۡمَةً ۚ اِنَّكَ اَنۡتَ الۡوَهَّابُ AlBaqarah [2:286] Make Dua that we are not punished because of our weaknesses 286. Our Lord, take us not to punish if we forget, or fall into error. Our Lord, and lay not upon us a burden as that You laid upon those before us. Our Lord, and burden us not with that which we have no strength to bear. And pardon us, and forgive us, and have mercy upon us. You are our protector, so give us victory over the disbelieving people. رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذۡنَاۤ اِنۡ نَّسِيۡنَاۤ اَوۡ اَخۡطَاۡنَا ۚرَبَّنَا وَ لَا تَحۡمِلۡ عَلَيۡنَاۤ اِصۡرًا كَمَا حَمَلۡتَهٗ عَلَى الَّذِيۡنَ مِنۡ قَبۡلِنَاۚ رَبَّنَا وَلَا تُحَمِّلۡنَا مَا لَا طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهٖ ۚ وَ اعۡفُ عَنَّاوَ اغۡفِرۡ لَنَا وَارۡحَمۡنَا اَنۡتَ مَوۡلٰٮنَا فَا نۡصُرۡنَا عَلَى الۡقَوۡمِ الۡكٰفِرِيۡنَ AlMumtahina [60:5] Make Dua that we may not become a trial for the disbelievers 5. Our Lord, make us not a trial for those who have disbelieved. And forgive us, our Lord, You indeed are the All Mighty, the All Wise. رَبَّنَا لَا تَجۡعَلۡنَا فِتۡنَةً لِّلَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡا وَاغۡفِرۡ لَـنَا رَبَّنَاۚ اِنَّكَ اَنۡتَ الۡعَزِيۡزُ الۡحَكِيۡمُ AalImran [3:193] Make Dua that when we leave this world, we are with righteous 193. Our Lord, indeed We have heard a caller calling to faith that: ‘Believe you in your Lord.’ So we believed. Our Lord, so forgive us our sins, and remove from us our evil deeds, and cause us to die with the righteous.” رَّبَّنَاۤ اِنَّنَا سَمِعۡنَا مُنَادِيًا يُّنَادِىۡ لِلۡاِيۡمَانِ اَنۡ اٰمِنُوۡابِرَبِّكُمۡ فَاٰمَنَّا ۖ رَبَّنَافَاغۡفِرۡ لَنَا ذُنُوۡبَنَا وَكَفِّرۡ عَنَّا سَيِّاٰتِنَا وَ تَوَفَّنَا مَعَ الۡاَبۡرَارِۚ AalImran [3:194] Make Dua that may Allah grant us what He promised to the Messengers 194. Our Lord, and grant us that which You promised us through Your messengers, and do not humiliate us on the Day of Resurrection. Indeed, You do not break the promise. رَبَّنَاوَ اٰتِنَا مَا وَعَدتَّنَا عَلٰى رُسُلِكَ وَلَا تُخۡزِنَا يَوۡمَ الۡقِيٰمَةِؕ اِنَّكَ لَا تُخۡلِفُ الۡمِيۡعَادَ AalImran [3:147] Make Dua for forgiveness and firmness in faith 147. Our Lord, forgive us our sins, and our transgressions in our affairs, and establish our feet firmly, and give us victory over the disbelieving people.
رَبَّنَا اغۡفِرۡلَنَا ذُنُوۡبَنَا وَ اِسۡرَافَنَا فِىۡۤ اَمۡرِنَا وَ ثَبِّتۡ اَقۡدَامَنَا وَ انصُرۡنَا عَلَى الۡقَوۡمِ الۡكٰفِرِيۡنَ
AlBaqarah [2:250] Make Dua that may Allah give us patience 250. Our Lord, Bestow on us endurance, and make firm our foothold, and give us victory against the disbelieving people.
رَبَّنَآ اَفۡرِغۡ عَلَيۡنَا صَبۡرًا وَّ ثَبِّتۡ اَقۡدَامَنَا وَ انصُرۡنَا عَلَى الۡقَوۡمِ الۡکٰفِرِيۡنَؕ
AlKahaf [18:10] Make Dua that may Allah guide us in our affairs 10. Our Lord, bestow on us mercy from Yourself, and facilitate for us from our affair right guidance.
رَبَّنَاۤ اٰتِنَا مِنۡ لَّدُنۡكَ رَحۡمَةً وَّ هَيِّئۡ لَـنَا مِنۡ اَمۡرِنَا رَشَدًا
AlAaraf [7:126] Make Dua that may Allah give patience and make us depart in submission 126. Our Lord, shower upon us perseverance and cause us to die as those who have submitted (to You).
رَبَّنَاۤ اَفۡرِغۡ عَلَيۡنَا صَبۡرًا وَّ تَوَفَّنَا مُسۡلِمِيۡنَ
Ibrahim [14:38] Make Dua that may Allah make us believe that we can’t hide anything from Him 38. Our Lord, certainly You know that which we conceal and that which we proclaim. And is not hidden from Allah anything on the earth, nor in the heavens. رَبَّنَاۤ اِنَّكَ تَعۡلَمُ مَا نُخۡفِىۡ وَ مَا نُعۡلِنُؕ وَ مَا يَخۡفٰى عَلَى اللّٰهِ مِنۡ شَىۡءٍ فِى الۡاَرۡضِ وَلَا فِى السَّمَآءِ AlMomin [40:8] Make Dua that may Allah grant paradise to righteous and their kin 8. Our Lord, and make them enter the gardens of Eden which you have promised them and whoever was righteous among their fathers, and their spouses, and their offspring. Indeed, You are the All Mighty, the Wise. رَبَّنَا وَ اَدۡخِلۡهُمۡ جَنّٰتِ عَدۡنِ اۨلَّتِىۡ وَعَدتَّهُمۡ وَ مَنۡ صَلَحَ مِنۡ اٰبَآٮِٕهِمۡ وَاَزۡوَاجِهِمۡ وَ ذُرِّيّٰتِهِمۡؕ اِنَّكَ اَنۡتَ الۡعَزِيۡزُ الۡحَكِيۡمُۙ AlMumtahina [60:4] Make Dua that may Allah grant us true trust in Him 4. Our Lord, in You have we put our trust, and to You have we turned, and to You is the journeying. رَّبَّنَا عَلَيۡكَ تَوَكَّلۡنَا وَاِلَيۡكَ اَنَـبۡنَا وَاِلَيۡكَ الۡمَصِيۡرُ AtTahrim [66:8] Make Dua that may Allah grant us perfect light on the day of judgment 8. Our Lord, perfect for us our light and forgive us. Indeed, You have power over all things.
رَبَّنَاۤ اَتۡمِمۡ لَـنَا نُوۡرَنَا وَاغۡفِرۡ لَـنَاۚ اِنَّكَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَىۡءٍ قَدِيۡرٌ
AlHashr [59:10] Make Dua that may Allah forgive those who preceded us in faith 10. Our Lord, forgive us and our brothers who preceded us in faith, and do not put in our hearts any malice towards those who have believed. Our Lord, indeed You are Full of Kindness, Most Merciful.”
رَبَّنَا اغۡفِرۡ لَـنَا وَلِاِخۡوَانِنَا الَّذِيۡنَ سَبَقُوۡنَا بِالۡاِيۡمَانِ وَلَا تَجۡعَلۡ فِىۡ قُلُوۡبِنَا غِلاًّ لِّلَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا رَبَّنَاۤ اِنَّكَ رَءُوۡفٌ رَّحِيۡمٌ
