بِسۡمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحۡمٰنِ الرَّحِيۡم Watch_YouTube ِسۡمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحۡمٰنِ الرَّحِيۡم
Thankful for Guidance And that you should glorify Allah for having guided you, and that you may be thankful to Him. (AlBaqarah 2:185) وَ لِتُکَبِّرُوااللّٰهَ عَلٰى مَا هَدٰٮكُمۡ وَ لَعَلَّکُمۡ تَشۡكُرُوۡنَ Thankful for Sight-Hearing-Intellect And Allah has brought you out from the wombs of your mothers, (while) not knowing anything, and He made for you hearing, and sight, and hearts that you might give thanks.
(AnNahal 16:78)
وَ اللّٰهُ اَخۡرَجَكُمۡ مِّنۡۢ بُطُوۡنِ اُمَّهٰتِكُمۡ لَا تَعۡلَمُوۡنَ شَيۡــًٔاۙ وَّ جَعَلَ لَـكُمُ السَّمۡعَ وَ الۡاَبۡصٰرَ وَ الۡاَفۡـِٕدَةَ ۙ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَشۡكُرُوۡنَ 9. Then He fashioned him and breathed into him of His Spirit, and appointed for you hearing and sight and hearts. Little is what you thank. (AsSajdah 32:09) ثُمَّ سَوّٰٮهُ وَنَفَخَ فِيۡهِ مِنۡ رُّوۡحِهٖ وَجَعَلَ لَكُمُ السَّمۡعَ وَ الۡاَبۡصَارَ وَالۡاَفۡـِٕدَةَ ؕ قَلِيۡلاً مَّا تَشۡكُرُوۡنَ And He it is who has created for you hearing (ears), and sight (eyes), and hearts (intellect). Little is what you thank. (AlMominoon 23:78) وَ هُوَ الَّذِىۡۤ اَنۡشَاَ لَـكُمُ السَّمۡعَ وَالۡاَبۡصَارَ وَ الۡاَفۡـِٕدَةَ ؕ قَلِيۡلاً مَّا تَشۡكُرُوۡنَ Say: It is He who has created you, and made for you hearing, and sight, and hearts. Little is what you thank. (AlMulk 67:23) قُلۡ هُوَ الَّذِىۡۤ اَنۡشَاَكُمۡ وَجَعَلَ لَـكُمُ السَّمۡعَ وَالۡاَبۡصَارَ وَ الۡاَفۡـِٕدَةَ ؕ قَلِيۡلاً مَّا تَشۡكُرُوۡنَ Thankful for Bounties-Favors Indeed, Allah is full of bounty to mankind, but most of them are not thankful. (Younus 10:60)
اِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَذُوۡ فَضۡلٍ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَلٰـكِنَّ اَكۡثَرَهُمۡ لَا يَشۡكُرُوۡنَ
This is from the bounty of Allah upon us and upon mankind, but most of the people are not thankful. (Yousuf 12:38) ذٰلِكَ مِنۡ فَضۡلِ اللّٰهِ عَلَيۡنَا وَعَلَى النَّاسِ وَلٰـكِنَّ اَكۡثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَشۡكُرُوۡنَ My Lord, bestow upon me that I may be thankful for your favor with which You have favored upon me and upon my parents, and that I may do righteous deeds that will please You. And admit me by Your mercy among Your righteous slaves. (AnNamal 27:19) رَبِّ اَوۡزِعۡنِىۡۤ اَنۡ اَشۡكُرَ نِعۡمَتَكَ الَّتِىۡۤ اَنۡعَمۡتَ عَلَىَّ وَ عَلٰى وَالِدَىَّ وَ اَنۡ اَعۡمَلَ صَالِحًـا تَرۡضٰٮهُ وَ اَدۡخِلۡنِىۡ بِرَحۡمَتِكَ فِىۡ عِبَادِكَ الصّٰلِحِيۡنَ This is from the favor of my Lord, that He may test me whether I give thanks or I am ungrateful. And whoever gives thanks, so he only gives thanks for his own self. And whoever is ungrateful, then indeed, my Lord is Self Sufficient, Bountiful. (AnNamal 27:40) هٰذَا مِنۡ فَضۡلِ رَبِّىۡۖ لِيَبۡلُوَنِىۡٓ ءَاَشۡكُرُ اَمۡ اَكۡفُرُؕ وَمَنۡ شَكَرَ فَاِنَّمَا يَشۡكُرُ لِنَفۡسِهٖۚ وَمَنۡ كَفَرَ فَاِنَّ رَبِّىۡ غَنِىٌّ كَرِيۡمٌ And indeed, your Lord is full of bounty for mankind, but most of them do not give thanks. (AnNamal 27:73) وَاِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَذُوۡ فَضۡلٍ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَلٰكِنَّ اَكۡثَرَهُمۡ لَا يَشۡكُرُوۡنَ Allah, it is He who has appointed for you the night that you may rest therein, and the day for seeing. Indeed, Allah is full of bounty to mankind, but most of the people do not give thanks. (AlMomin 40:61) اَللّٰهُ الَّذِىۡ جَعَلَ لَكُمُ الَّيۡلَ لِتَسۡكُنُوۡا فِيۡهِ وَالنَّهَارَ مُبۡصِرًاؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَذُوۡ فَضۡلٍ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَ لٰكِنَّ اَكۡثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَشۡكُرُوۡنَ Thankful for Livelihood And surely, We gave you authority on the earth, and We appointed for you therein livelihoods. Little is what you thank.
(AlAaraf 07:10)
وَ لَقَدۡ مَكَّنّٰكُمۡ فِى الۡاَرۡضِ وَجَعَلۡنَا لَـكُمۡ فِيۡهَا مَعَايِشَؕ قَلِيۡلاً مَّا تَشۡكُرُوۡنَ Allah it is who has subjected to you the sea that may sail the ships upon it by His command, and that you may seek of His bounty, and that you may be thankful.
(AlJasia 45:12)
اَللّٰهُ الَّذِىۡ سَخَّرَ لَكُمُ الۡبَحۡرَ لِتَجۡرِىَ الۡفُلۡكُ فِيۡهِ بِاَمۡرِهٖ وَلِتَبۡتَغُوۡا مِنۡ فَضۡلِهٖ وَ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَشۡكُرُوۡنَۚ And of His mercy He made for you the night and the day, that you may rest therein, and that you may seek of His bounty, and that you may be thankful. (AlQasas 28:73) وَ مِنۡ رَّحۡمَتِهٖ جَعَلَ لَـكُمُ الَّيۡلَ وَالنَّهَارَ لِتَسۡكُنُوۡا فِيۡهِ وَلِتَبۡتَغُوۡا مِنۡ فَضۡلِهٖ وَ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَشۡكُرُوۡنَ So seek provision from Allah, and worship Him, and be thankful to Him. To Him you will be brought back. (AlAnkaboot 29:17)
فَابۡتَغُوۡا عِنۡدَ اللّٰهِ الرِّزۡقَ وَاعۡبُدُوۡهُ وَاشۡكُرُوۡا لَهٗؕ اِلَيۡهِ تُرۡجَعُوۡنَ
And among His signs is that He sends the winds as good tidings, and to let you taste of His mercy, and that may sail the ships by His command, and that you may seek of His bounty, and that you may be thankful.
(ArRoom 30:46)
وَ مِنۡ اٰيٰتِهٖۤ اَنۡ يُّرۡسِلَ الرِّيَاحَ مُبَشِّرٰتٍ وَّ لِيُذِيۡقَكُمۡ مِّنۡ رَّحۡمَتِهٖ وَلِتَجۡرِىَ الۡفُلۡكُ بِاَمۡرِهٖ وَ لِتَبۡتَغُوۡا مِنۡ فَضۡلِهٖ وَ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَشۡكُرُوۡنَ Thankful for Increasing And when proclaimed your Lord: If you are thankful, I will surely increase you (in favor).
(Ibrahim 14:07)
وَ اِذۡ تَاَذَّنَ رَبُّكُمۡ لَٮِٕنۡ شَكَرۡتُمۡ لَاَزِيۡدَنَّـكُمۡ If you disbelieve, then indeed, Allah is free from need of you. And He does not approve for His slaves disbelief. And if you are thank- ful, He is pleased with it for you. (AzZumur 39:07) اِنۡ تَكۡفُرُوۡا فَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ غَنِىٌّ عَنۡكُمۡ وَ لَا يَرۡضَىٰ لِعِبَادِهِ الۡكُفۡرَۚ وَاِنۡ تَشۡكُرُوۡا يَرۡضَهُ لَـكُمۡ My Lord, enable me that I may be thankful for Your favor which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents, and that I may do righteous deeds as may please You, and make righteous for me among my offspring. Indeed, I have repented to You, and indeed, I am of those who surrender.
(AlAhqaf 46:15)
رَبِّ اَوۡزِعۡنِىۡۤ اَنۡ اَشۡكُرَ نِعۡمَتَكَ الَّتِىۡۤ اَنۡعَمۡتَ عَلَىَّ وَ عَلٰى وَالِدَىَّ وَ اَنۡ اَعۡمَلَ صَالِحًا تَرۡضٰٮهُ وَ اَصۡلِحۡ لِىۡ فِىۡ ذُرِّيَّتِىۡ ؕۚ اِنِّىۡ تُبۡتُ اِلَيۡكَ وَ اِنِّىۡ مِنَ الۡمُسۡلِمِيۡنَ As a favor from Us, thus do We reward those who give thanks. (AlQamar 54:35) نِّعۡمَةً مِّنۡ عِنۡدِنَاؕ كَذٰلِكَ نَجۡزِىۡ مَنۡ شَكَرَ Thankful for Reminding So remember Me, I will remember you. And give thanks to Me, and do not be ungrateful.
(AlBaqarah 2:122)
فَاذۡكُرُوۡنِىۡٓ اَذۡكُرۡكُمۡ وَ اشۡکُرُوۡا لِىۡ وَ لَا تَكۡفُرُوۡنِ That give thanks to Allah. And whoever gives thanks, so indeed he gives thanks for his own self. And whoever is ungrateful, then indeed, Allah is free of need, Owner of Praise.
(Luqman 31:12)
اَنِ اشۡكُرۡ لِلّٰهِؕ وَ مَنۡ يَّشۡكُرۡ فَاِنَّمَا يَشۡكُرُ لِنَفۡسِهٖۚ وَ مَنۡ كَفَرَ فَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ غَنِىٌّ حَمِيۡدٌ So give thanks to Me and to your parents. Unto Me is the journeying. (Luqman 31:14) اَنِ اشۡكُرۡ لِىۡ وَ لِـوَالِدَيۡكَؕ اِلَىَّ الۡمَصِيۡرُ If We will, We could make it (water) bitter. Then why do you not give thanks.
(AlWaqiah 56:70)
لَوۡ نَشَآءُ جَعَلۡنٰهُ اُجَاجًا فَلَوۡلَا تَشۡكُرُوۡنَ Thankful for Purity Allah does not want to place on you any burden, but He wants to purify you and to complete His favor upon you, that you may be thankful. (AlMaidah 05:10) مَا يُرِيۡدُ اللّٰهُ لِيَجۡعَلَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ مِّنۡ حَرَجٍ وَّلٰـكِنۡ يُّرِيۡدُ لِيُطَهِّرَكُمۡ وَ لِيُتِمَّ نِعۡمَتَهٗ عَلَيۡكُمۡ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَشۡكُرُوۡنَ Thankful for Forgiveness Then We forgave you, even after that, so that you may be thankful. (AlBaqarah 2:52) ثُمَّ عَفَوۡنَا عَنۡكُمۡ مِّنۡۢ بَعۡدِ ذٰلِكَ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَشۡكُرُوۡنَ Thankful for Food O those who believed, eat of the good things which We have provided you, and be thankful to Allah if it is only Him you worship. (AlBaqarah 2:172) يٰٓاَيُّهَا الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا کُلُوۡا مِنۡ طَيِّبٰتِ مَا رَزَقۡنٰكُمۡ وَاشۡكُرُوۡا لِلّٰهِ اِنۡ کُنۡتُمۡ اِيَّاهُ تَعۡبُدُوۡنَ Eat of the provision of your Lord and be thankful to Him. A land pure and a Lord, Oft Forgiving. (Saba 34:15)
کُلُوۡا مِنۡ رِّزۡقِ رَبِّكُمۡ وَ اشۡكُرُوۡا لَهٗ ؕ بَلۡدَةٌ طَيِّبَةٌ وَّ رَبٌّ غَفُوۡرٌ
Then eat of what Allah has provided you, lawful (and) pure. And thank the bounty of Allah if it is only Him you worship.
(AnNahal 16:114)
فَكُلُوۡا مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ اللّٰهُ حَلٰلاً طَيِّبًا وَّ اشۡكُرُوۡا نِعۡمَتَ اللّٰهِ اِنۡ كُنۡتُمۡ اِيَّاهُ تَعۡبُدُوۡنَ
Thankful for Animals
Then eat from them (animals), and feed those that are content and those that mention their needs. Thus have We made them (animals) subject to you, that you may give thanks.
(AlHajj 22:36)
فَكُلُوۡا مِنۡهَا وَاَطۡعِمُوا الۡقَانِعَ وَ الۡمُعۡتَرَّؕ كَذٰلِكَ سَخَّرۡنٰهَا لَـكُمۡ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَشۡكُرُوۡنَ And for them therein (animals) are benefits and drinks. So will they not be thankful.
(Yaseen 36:73)
وَ لَهُمۡ فِيۡهَا مَنَافِعُ وَ مَشَارِبُؕ اَفَلَا يَشۡكُرُوۡنَ
Thankful for Fruits
(Our Lord), and provide for them from the fruits that they might be thankful.(Ibrahim 14:37)
وَ ارۡزُقۡهُمۡ مِّنَ الثَّمَرٰتِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَشۡكُرُوۡنَ
That they may eat of the fruit thereof, and did not make it their hands. Will they not then give thanks. (Yaseen 35:35) لِيَاۡكُلُوۡا مِنۡ ثَمَرِهٖۙ وَ مَا عَمِلَتۡهُ اَيۡدِيۡهِمۡؕ اَفَلَا يَشۡكُرُوۡنَ Thankful for Crops And the good land, comes forth its vegetation by the permission of its Lord. And that which is sterile, come forth nothing except sparsely. Thus do We explain the signs for a people who give thanks. (AlAaraf 7:58) وَ الۡبَلَدُ الطَّيِّبُ يَخۡرُجُ نَبَاتُهٗ بِاِذۡنِ رَبِّهٖۚ وَ الَّذِىۡ خَبُثَ لَا يَخۡرُجُ اِلَّا نَكِدًاؕ كَذٰلِكَ نُصَرِّفُ الۡاٰيٰتِ لِقَوۡمٍ يَّشۡكُرُوۡنَ Thankful for Seafood And He it is who has subjected the sea that you may eat from it meat which is tender, and you bring forth from it ornaments which you wear. And you see the ships plowing through it, and that you may seek of His bounty, and that you may be thankful.
(AnNahal 16:14)
وَ هُوَ الَّذِىۡ سَخَّرَ الۡبَحۡرَ لِتَاۡكُلُوۡا مِنۡهُ لَحۡمًا طَرِيًّا وَّ تَسۡتَخۡرِجُوۡا مِنۡهُ حِلۡيَةً تَلۡبَسُوۡنَهَاۚ وَ تَرَى الۡـفُلۡكَ مَوَاخِرَ فِيۡهِ وَ لِتَبۡتَغُوۡا مِنۡ فَضۡلِهٖ وَ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَشۡكُرُوۡنَ 12. And are not alike the two seas. This sweet, fresh, good to drink, and this (other) salty, bitter. And from each you eat meat which is fresh, and extract the ornament that you wear. And you see the ships through it plowing, that you may seek of His bounty, and that you may give thanks. (Faatir 35:12) وَمَا يَسۡتَوِى الۡبَحۡرٰنِۖ هٰذَا عَذۡبٌ فُرَاتٌ سَآٮِٕغٌ شَرَابُهٗ وَ هٰذَا مِلۡحٌ اُجَاجٌؕ وَ مِنۡ كُلٍّ تَاۡكُلُوۡنَ لَحۡمًا طَرِيًّا وَّتَسۡتَخۡرِجُوۡنَ حِلۡيَةً تَلۡبَسُوۡنَهَا ۚ وَتَرَى الۡـفُلۡكَ فِيۡهِ مَوَاخِرَ لِتَبۡتَغُوۡا مِنۡ فَضۡلِهٖ وَ لَعَلَّـكُمۡ تَشۡكُرُوۡنَ Thankful for Not Punishing What would Allah do (gain) with your punishment, if you give thanks and believe. And Allah is All Appreciative, All Knowing.
(AnNisa 4:147)
مَّا يَفۡعَلُ اللّٰهُ بِعَذَابِكُمۡ اِنۡ شَكَرۡتُمۡ وَ اٰمَنۡتُمۡؕ وَ كَانَ اللّٰهُ شَاكِرًا عَلِيۡمًا
